Randa Coniglio oversees 527 employees and a budget of $144.6 million. She has been a driving force on the executive team that turned around a budget deficit in fiscal year 2011-2012 and delivered a $12 million surplus in fiscal year 2013-2014. Port Staff's accomplishments under her leadership are extensive, including entitling the 500-acre Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan in 2012, and successfully obtaining a unanimous approval vote from the California Coastal Commission for a $700 million San Diego Convention Center expansion. Thomas Brill's successful career in the energy industry began upon receiving his Juris Doctorate degree at Southwestern University in 1985. His involvement with SDG&E, where he currently serves as Special Counsel & Director of Special Projects, has largely centered on strategic analysis and plan development.
