Chris Duggan
Director of Local Government Affairs

Chris Duggan serves as the Director of Local Government Affairs for the California Restaurant Association, San Diego Region, which includes San Diego, Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Prior to his work with CRA, Chris was Senior Manager of Public Policy with the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporations, where he focused on crafting public policy and legislation supporting economic competitiveness in the greater San Diego Region.
