Advanced Management Essentials Certificate Course for Supervisors and Managers

The Advanced Management Essentials Certificate Course is ideal for those experienced in their management position, who value ongoing growth and expansion of their current skill set and are seeking to deliver greater value to their teams and companies. 

Over the course of six weeks, expert instructors will teach participants to leverage their professional experiences and discover new ways to build teams on their way to meeting and exceeding business goals and targets. Courses may be taken together or individually. The following topics are covered:

Oct 21        Leading Organizational Change
Oct 28        Beyond the Fundamentals of Employment Law
Nov 4         Business Ethics
Nov 12        DISCover Your Strengths ($49 additional DISC assessment fee required)
Nov 18        Project Management Skills
