An Uncomfortable Conversation About Race

A Panel Discussion to Encourage Real Listening and Sharing of Ideas Among Everyone

The purpose of this panel discussion is to help bridge the gap between a very diverse group of skin tones and ages. In order to have change, we need to have conversations and really listen to how people feel. We cannot be afraid to ask questions and encourage a civil dialog with real understanding and listening.

Topics of discussion include:
  • Systemic racism
  • Tolerance and biases
  • From conflict to conversations
  • Changing cultural mindsets
  • Fear of misspeaking, sounding racist or unintentionally doing harm.
