You'll get up-close and personal with Head Brewer Craig Gregovics and Certified Cicerone® & Barrel Geek Jesse Smith as they take you on an enlightened beer adventure, teaching you about:

  • Different styles of barrels and makes
  • Cooperage Art
  • Flavor Impact

And for some sensory education, you'll have the opportunity to taste six different extremely small batch barrel-aged beers:

  • Glorious Belgian Golden Ale aged in Pinot Noir Barrels
  • Tabula Rasa Toasted Porter aged in Pinot Noir Barrels
  • Mulligan Irish Red aged in Cutwater Rum Barrels
  • Rye IPA aged in Cutwater Gin Barrels
  • Tabula Rasa Toasted Porter aged in Bourbon Barrels with Cherries
  • Tabula Rasa Toasted Porter aged in 4 Roses Barrels
