Lindsay Pfeffer

Coming from a long line of family who worked as scientists, physicians and dentists, Dr. Pfeffer decided on Dental School after working for the Department of Agriculture toxicology unit and in Oncology for a Pharmaceutical company. As a scientist, as much as she loved cancer research, she missed the patient interaction she grew up to in her father?s office. While attending an Ivy League Institution, Dr. Pfeffer won numerous awards and leadership positions, as well as obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine DMD, while gaining a Masters in Medical Ethics from Medical School at University of Pennsylvania. She then continued on to USC for a hospital residency where she helped worked with veterans, trauma victims, medically compromised, cancer patients and in the operating room for those patients with special needs. At the beginning of her career, she worked primarily in program development, but the last four years have been in fund development. She supports the global technology company?s corporate responsibility efforts by engaging with schools and non-profit partners, managing charitable grants, and overseeing K-12 STEM programming and outreach. Before joining Northrop Grumman, Annie led development efforts for non-profit organizations based in San Diego and Washington, D.C., and served as the Chief of Protocol to Secretaries of Defense Leon Panetta and Chuck Hagel.
