This 3-part course will take you through the different phases that you may face during the Evolution of an Employee. Day One (October 14): hiring, protected classifications, discrimination issues; properly classifying employees; new hire paperwork; job descriptions; employee handbook Day Two (October 21): wage/hour; leaves of absences; performance issues and discipline Day Three (October 28): Disabilities, workers? comp and accommodations; internal investigations, termination.
