A well-written handbook can be a helpful tool in assisting with an organization's day-to-day activities, as well as an effective legal defense in case of litigation, but a poorly written handbook that contains "legalese" language that is confusing or limits an employer's flexibility or offers out-of-date or un-followed policies can be an employer's worst enemy. This workshop offers a structured process for developing and/or reviewing a handbook.
