Learn how to season the rice, practice knife skills, and select the best available fish. Best of all, the recipes are completely gluten and dairy free, perfect for celebrating Celiac/Food Allergy awareness month!

All recipes will include a vegan variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people. Classes are $40 each or $32 for Bastyr University Clinic patients. Discounts available for seniors, military and students.
