New Employment and Labor Laws for 2016
Littler attorneys invite you to an overview of the latest major employment laws affecting California employers, including Federal and California case law and new legislation. In 2016, a wide variety of new laws and legal developments will impact the Golden State's private sector employers, such as the new law requiring equal pay based on gender, new piece rate pay rules, mandatory sick leave benefits, training requirements and timely payment of incentive compensation wages.
