Military Transition Council Meeting 02/10/2016

The Military Transition Council was formed by the Chamber to give back to those who have given their service to our country and to connect transitioning military members to potential employers.  We view the transitioning veterans in our region as future captains of industry, servant leaders, and model citizens in our North San Diego community.

Through this initiative and committee, we will provide complimentary, professional development training to approximately 20 transitioning military members per month, This program will enable them to connect with business leaders and professionally network in a civilian business environment. Each military member in this program will receive a complimentary one year Chamber membership upon completion of their professional development training.

This membership will enable them to attend our Regional Connect networking events for free and other membership programs at a member rate. We believe that these transitioning military members are a great talent source that will enrich our local economy for years to come and are a community asset deserving of investment.
