The annual Over the Line (OTL) Tournament is as San Diego as the beach on which it's played. Every summer since 1954, it takes over Fiesta Island, started by the Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC). Their mission: to enrich amateur sports and youth athletics. It's about time OTL had its own beer. Over the Line Lager was brewed just for that reason. Oh, and because sometimes we all need a second chance.
