SESSION II - Required AB 1825 Sexual Harassment Avoidance Training
This training session will survey recent developments in harassment law with a particular emphasis on detecting, addressing, and preventing concerns to avoid potential liability.

This seminar is designed for human resource managers, controllers, accountants, office managers, payroll professionals, finance directors, presidents, vice presidents, CFOs, operations managers, and small business owners.

This annual employment law symposium will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Hilton San Diego Resort (Mission Bay). Registration check-in and continental breakfast begin at 7:30 AM with the first session starting at 8:30 AM.
This program has been approved for 6.25 credit hours (for both sessions) toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
