PMI San Diego Multi-chapter Virtual Event with Matt Mills - 'Ignite Your Spark’

Multi-chapter Virtual Event: 'Ignite Your Spark’

by Matt Mills

Unlock Your True Leadership Potential and Drive Professional Success

As a leader, you strive to perform at the highest level and achieve outstanding results. But to get there, it's essential for you and your team members to feel engaged, motivated, and inspired to do meaningful work. Research has shown that organizations with highly engaged employees grow 4x faster, have 21% higher profitability, increased productivity, and reduced turnover.

However, the reality is that a majority of workers today are dissatisfied (55%) and disengaged (66%) in their jobs. They feel like they've reached a dead-end in their careers and long for work that provides a sense of purpose, excitement, and fulfillment. They want to be "sparked," and do work that makes them fully come alive.

Ignite Your Spark is designed to help you and your team members tap into
your unique Sparketype®, or source code, for work that ignites your passion and potential, regardless of job, title, company, or industry. By using research-based Sparketype® tools, interactive exercises, and impactful stories, you will:

  • Discover your Sparketype®, and learn how to leverage it to improve performance and outcomes in your career.
  • Enhance leadership, communication, and collaboration skills by tapping into your spark.
  • Learn how to engage in purpose-driven work that fosters growth, flow, meaning, and potential, leading to a more positive work experience and culture.

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a newfound sense of purpose and direction, equipped to overcome disengagement and burnout, and eager to contribute to your organization, and your own personal success in a meaningful way.
