SDEA Presents 'Roundtable: Getting Heard at the Big Table'

San Diego Employers Association hosts a roundtable titled "Getting Heard at the Big Table: How to be Respected and Accepted by Executives Colleagues" on March 21, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Managing human resources is challenging for all kinds of reasons, not the least of which is the often-constant struggle to be seen as an equal among company executives. While everyone understands how important the ?people part? of the business is, the reality is that when it comes to critical conversations, it?s often not given as much priority as the money coming in the door and the products/services going out of it.
