Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Technician located in the North County San Diego Area. The Technician will be responsible for performing window washing services, ensuring cleanliness and safety during operations, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks include driving to different client locations, using cleaning solutions, handling ladders and other equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Qualifications
- Experience in window washing and general cleaning services (not required)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning substances and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to handle ladders and perform tasks at various heights. Must be physically fit.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and reliability
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- References required
- Must pass a background check with no criminal history
Pay
- $22 to start, potential for increase based on performance, plus bonuses and tips.
