Leading Education Innovators Since 2001
Element Education, a non-profit corporation, has been at the forefront of innovative education methods for almost two decades. The organization manages two publicly funded charter schools, each with its unique approach to education.

The mission of Element Education's schools and programs is to encourage each child's natural desire to learn by providing a choice, flexibility, and learning standards based on the learner's developmental stages and learning styles. This is achieved through research-based learning style programs and partnerships with parents and community resources.

Learners are expected to become skilled and knowledgeable (mastery) with the ability to direct their learning (autonomy) and engage in meaningful learning (purpose) in their journey to adulthood.

With 1,200 students across San Diego County, Element Education is home to Dimensions Collaborative, which features personalized learning style models, and Community Montessori, which employs Montessori-style principles.
