Dr. Alessandra Wall is the founder of Noteworthy, an executive coaching firm focused on elevating and empowering senior and executive leading-women in STEM & finance.  

As a 15+ year clinical psychologist, Alessandra brings unique expertise leveraging her background in human psychology as well as thousands of hours working with hundreds of women leaders. She has built highly effective and pragmatic programs for her Noteworthy Executives, as well as partners like Athena and Women In Bio.

She currently works directly with executive women and partners with forward-thinking companies that are focused on elevating and leveraging the talent of women in leadership.
