Her career began as a Tax Accountant at EY, where she quickly discovered a passion for fostering connections, driving growth, and creating meaningful change within organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and is SHRM-CP certified, equipping her with both the academic expertise and practical know-how to deliver impactful results. With extensive experience as a Senior Director of People Operations and HR, Amanda has worked closely with professional services firms and other businesses to optimize HR processes, empower leaders, and cultivate environments where teams can thrive.
