The Proactive Strategic Excellence Process
Strategic Excellence supports organizations to grow and expand in a sustainable way. The foundation of our work is based upon the successful habits of John D. Rockefeller. Those habits of focus, discipline, alignment, and priorities is the cornerstones of our program. This twelve-month program supports sustainable growth of midsize nonprofits and businesses. Phases include 1) Assessment, 2) Two Day Strategic Planning Session where the One Page Growth Roadmap developed, 3) Strategic thinking and execution planning, 3) Implementation and results tracking, and 4) Executive Coaching. The process starts with an Organizational Health Assessment completed by up to 10 senior leaders in your company. I then meet with the senior leadership team 1 day/month to execute the Growth Road Map.
