Y’vonne Ormond Founded 5P Consulting and is the CEO. She is a business transformation professional with over two decades of experience working with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 to Non-Profits. 

Y’vonne has a strong passion for growing the community. She was the past President for The Association of Technology Professionals (AITP) in San Diego.  She’s been involved for years mentoring students at Cal State San Marcos and San Diego State University.  She’s an active board member for ConnectMed International and supports Operation Hope North County as an advisor. Y’vonne is a one of the National Small Business Association’s (NSBA) Leadership Council members, and a member of the Small Business Technology Council (SBTC).

Y’vonne is a Southern California native and outdoor enthusiast.  She lives as well in the North County Coastal region.
