Andrews Performance Corporation was founded in 2006 by Michael and Mary O. Andrews as a vessel for their good work. Michael's focus in the life science industry has earned him the reputation of ''getting it done'' with an expertise in navigating the FDA approval process. Mary's superpower of synthesizing the thinking of leaders and teams has led clients to extraordinary results with individual and collective well-being result #1.

Over the past 16 years, Mary and a talented team of professional coaches have partnered with client organizations in deep and profound ways. These partnerships often begin with a request for executive coaching, help with the effectiveness of board meetings and leader team decision-making, or corporate off-sites to equip participants with game-changing problem-solving and innovation.
