Interpersonal Skills, such as Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Effective Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution are highly valued and greatly needed in today’s workplace environment. Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. Conflict is normal, and even healthy, when communicated in an assertive manor. Students will practice listening to understand opposed to listening to reply and how to communicate effectively. This course is designed for forward thinking Mid and Senior Level business professionals who desires to resolve conflict in their lives.
