Leadership Academy: Managing Change in the 2024-2025 Workplace

The upcoming session will delve into the intricacies of "Managing Change in the 2024-2025 Workplace," a pivotal topic reflecting the contemporary challenges and opportunities faced by emerging leaders.
 

Through interactive discussions and exercises, participants will uncover techniques for instilling a change-ready mindset in themselves and across their teams. In an environment characterized by volatility and uncertainty, the capacity to navigate ambiguity, foster agility, and mitigate resistance are critical skills for leaders. The session will inspire and equip participants to see change as an opportunity for growth and impact. 
 
Participants will explore the fundamental principles underlying change in the context of the 2024-2025 workplace, from technological advancements to demographic shifts as well as other drivers of change that are within us and around us, in this era of significant digital, economic, and social transformation. 
 
They will gain leadership techniques tailored to fostering a culture of agility and resilience, towards improved outcomes.
