Patti is currently the Vice President People and Culture where she helps build and nurture a positive work environment valued by all Verve employees. Since joining Verve she has lead culture transformation efforts that has resulted in Verve achieving Top 10 Best Places to Work by the San Diego Business Journal for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, Fortune Best Small and Medium Workplaces 2020, 2022, and Great Place to Work Certified 2020-2025. Prior to joining Verve, Patti held leadership roles in Human Resources for CPU Medical Management, Rock Cancer CARE, CliniComp International, Rock Church & Academy, and Comic-Con. She also severed in the United States Navy. Patti received her Human Resource Management certificate from San Diego State University, her Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional from National SHRM and is a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. She is also the instructor for Designing Exceptional Organization Cultures at UCSD Extended Studies. She currently serves on the California SHRM Board of Directors as District Director Southern California and San Diego SHRM Board of Directors as Past President; she volunteers at The Honor Foundation and is on the faculty for Military Transition Services at Veteran affairs of North County. Patti has participated as a board member for the San Diego Food Bank, Neighborhood House Association and Resounding Joy. Most recently Patti was nominated by San Diego HR Forum for Executive of the Year.
