Veterans Week

During the week of November 10-18th all of our services are discounted 50% to any member of the military, active or retired. We know the benefits of massage and bodywork are effective in the effortto combat stress, fatigue, boost the immune system and a number of other positive effects, so we'dlike to lend our hands to the men and women in the armed services. We also want to include their spouses and their Mothers and Fathers, knowing that those at home under an enormous stress "holding down the fort" while their loved ones are away. We offer a full range of massage and bodywork, therapeutic lifestyle coaching and nutritional supplements. Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Tui-Na, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Couples, Healing Touch, Reiki, Myofascial release, Neuro-energetic release, CranioSacral, Thai and Shiatsu modalities. We offer general health and posture assessments, Metabolic Typing nutritional counseling, and Fearless Living study groups.
